The 6-Month Career Bootcamp is a structured training program designed to develop professional skills and industry readiness. Participation in the Program is subject to selection, performance standards, and adherence to program guidelines.

Acceptance into the Program is not automatic and is based on evaluation criteria determined by the organizers.

3. Eligibility

Failure to meet participation or performance requirements may result in removal from the Program.

• Successful completion of all program phases

• Meeting performance standards

• Availability of roles within partner companies

Placement decisions may involve additional assessments conducted by partner organizations.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, branding, and website materials are the property of the Program organizers unless otherwise stated. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use materials without written permission.

Participants retain ownership of their individual project work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Disrupt or interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Program organizers are not liable for:

• Individual career outcomes beyond stated placement terms

Participation in the Program does not guarantee long-term employment beyond stated placement arrangements.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within that country.
